Now, she offered another U$3 refund (U$6 total) for a U$17 product that didn't last for more than 1 month. After the whole product stopped working, although I PROVED with videos and photographs that there were a HARDWARE problema (2 of the 3 cable entraces was badly welded and got loose with usual usage). At firts, since "only one interface" is broken, she offered me a U$3 refund (the product cost U$17). They're friendly and answer quickly (despite the time zone being different), but the costumer care analyst acted like I was a tottal useless dumb person. I've tried to contact Ugreen support on Ali. 2 weeks later, the other intefaces (P2s) stopped too. What is my hapiness when, after 15 weeks using it, it stopped working. Since I've already bought other products from the company, I didn't matter to "hold" the product feedback to withdrawal AliExpress Dispute time for much longer. I gave the 5 star feedback on AliExpress and started using the product. As soon as I received, I've tested it and, generally, seens to be working fine. I've bought a sound driver from Ugreen 40 days ago. There products are no true false advertising here and after reading about there 2 year warranty on trustpoit I’m glad Iv sent plug back to Amazon wile I could I bought 30w Charing plug from Amazon it states 30w only when I plugged in to my anker power bank it’s telling me that it’s only 27.2w the plug has QC which is smart Charing which adapts the Charing level to what ever your device charge rate is this only fluctuates the first 5 second of plugging device in so the power bank stayed at 27.2w for the full charge I was told by customer Services that it could fluctuates and down to running temperature (fobbed off) so I then sent them the readings from the power bank as it read’s everything on a display sent running temperature and Charing rate they did not argue the fact as it was there rite in front of them so sent me a link with long winded way of getting a refund which I never did just opened Amazon return I don’t trust there products after this and clearly there warranty customer service is not great either I will be logging with trading standards, if I was you I would buy anker products much better better service too
